Here's how ordering works at Cloud Eight.

Choosing something that feels right.

Browse our personalized pieces and choose the product you'd like to make your own.

Personalization options vary by product, so check the product page to see what's available.

Add the details that make it yours.

Upload your pet's photo, add a name or other requested details, and choose from the available options shown on the product page.

Take one last look.

Before checkout, please review your photos, names, spelling, sizes, colors, quantities, and other personalization details carefully.

The information submitted with your order will be used to create your piece.

A closer look, when applicable.

Some products include a digital proof, some offer one as an optional add-on, and others are made without a proof. The product page will always tell you which process applies.

If a proof applies, we'll send it to you by email for review before production begins. The first proof is typically sent within 2-3 business days. Eligible revisions can be requested before approval.

Products marked No Proof may move into production shortly after your order is placed.

Then we take it from here.

Once your order is ready for production, we'll begin creating your piece. Most personalized products are typically ready to ship within 5-10 business days after proof approval, while some handmade pieces may take longer.

Production times vary by product, so please check the product page for the most relevant estimate.

Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
