PHOTO GUIDE
Follow these simple tips to help us capture the details, personality, and little features that make your pet uniquely yours.
Natural daylight works best.
Avoid photos that are too dark, strongly backlit, or heavily shadowed.
Make sure your pet is sharp and easy to see. Blurry photos can make small details harder to capture.
Keep the eyes, nose, ears, and other distinctive features visible whenever possible.
Choose a photo that really looks like them — their expression, markings, and little quirks are what make the finished piece special.
Not every photo has to be perfect. If you’re unsure, send us the best photo you have and we’ll do our best to work with it.
Ordering with more than one pet? Separate photos are completely fine — and often even better. Just make sure each pet is clear and easy to see.
Skip heavy filters
Please avoid beauty filters, color-changing filters, stickers, or effects that alter your pet’s natural appearance.
Use the original photo
Whenever possible, upload the original image from your phone or camera. Screenshots and compressed social media images may lose detail.
Don’t worry about the background
A simple background is helpful, but your pet is what matters most. Focus on choosing the clearest photo of them.
PHOTO NOTE
If a product page includes specific photo instructions, please follow those first.
For example, some designs may work best with a clear face photo, while others may benefit from showing more of your pet.
